Q. How much is the shipping charges on my order?
A. Shipping charges are based on customer zip code.
We use the actual shipping costs from the carrier, We have to pack your order before we can calculate the shipping charges.
Shipping cost is calculated within 24 to 48 hours of your order confirmation.

Q. How fast will I receive my order?
A. This depends on where you are and the item that you order
We will give you the estimated shipping days based on your shipping zip code.
If you order a custom made item it will take 2 to 3 weeks
Your credit card will be charge upon your order and shipping rate is agreed.

Q. I live in Hawaii, what shipping methods do you use?
A. We do not accept returns. If you have a problem with your order, you must contact us upon receipt of your order. If the product is damage, it will be replaced or a credit will be issued. If the problem was caused by an error by us, we will correct the problem at no extra cost to the customer. If the problem was caused by an error by the customer, we will do what we can to fix the problem, but extra charges may apply. We never accept returns for reasons like "I want to reduce my inventory" or "I over ordered and the party is now over and I want to return the extras" or "I didn't need as much as I thought.". If we agree to accept your return, the following will apply: You must obtain a return authorization number and write this number on the carton. The customer is responsible for all return freight and we reserve the right to impose a re-stock fee of 20%.

Q. I received my order, but some of the items were damaged in shipment. What do I do?
A. In case of damage merchandise while in transit, claims must be made to both the carrier and our office upon receiving the merchandise.
In most cases, we will place a claim with the carrier and issue a credit when we receive credit from the carrier.

Q. What do you need from me to prove I have a business?
A. We accept state, local and federal tax id numbers.

Q. Do you have a minimum for business?
A. Shipping orders have a $200 minimum.

Q. Do you offer terms?
A. No we do not offer terms, you may pay with a major credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) or prepay with a printed business check or money order.

Q. How do I prepay a shipping order with a printed business check or money order?
A. You can call or email your order. We will estimate the freight costs and add that amount to the merchandise total. You can then send us a printed business check or money order for the amount including the estimated freight. We will ship the order once we can verify funds on the check, this takes about 3 to 5 business days. If we cannot verify funds, we will ship the order once your check clears. Once your order is shipped, any overpayment is returned as a refund check. If you are in a hurry, the fastest payment method is debit or credit card.

Q. Can I pay with check by phone?
A. We do not accept check by phone at this time.
